To make this easy for you every month, I will post on this website what homes in Charlestown Township located in Chester County outside of Philadelphia sold for. This information includes only properties that were listed in TReND, the local multiple listing service and includes sales from all brokers who belong to TReND not just properties marketed by Michelle Leonard and/or Long and Foster Real Estate Inc.
