I give my sellers a password to access my Point2Agent website which allows my sellers to enter their thoughts about their properties on my website under a dedicated section. This gives consumers a degree of depth that only interaction with the seller can provide. In one listing a seller pointed out that the house is in a community where neighbors still practice the time honored tradition of knowing your name and pitching in to help when it’s needed. Another seller offered that a few of their favorite things included sitting on the back yard deck watching the fireflies and butterflies while soaking in the hot tub. You totally control what you say about your own home!
